1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and ALNJ LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, with respect to services provided in the DMV area, and by applicable federal law where relevant.

2. Our Services

ALNJ LLC provides premium chauffeur and transportation services including:

  • Airport transfers (DCA, IAD, BWI, JFK, LGA, EWR, LAX, SFO)
  • Executive and corporate transportation
  • Wedding and special event transportation
  • Hourly chauffeur service
  • Travel packages and tour programs (Ethiopia, Saudi Arabia, and other destinations)

ALNJ may provide a comparable or upgraded vehicle that meets or exceeds the reserved passenger and luggage capacity. A specific make, model, model year, color, or amenity is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Nationwide service available through our network of licensed and insured affiliate operators.

3. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings must be submitted via our website booking form, email to info@alnjllc.com, or by calling 888-670-0002
  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from ALNJ LLC
  • You must provide accurate pickup/dropoff locations, flight details, and contact information
  • You represent that you are 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to enter this agreement
  • By submitting a booking, you acknowledge review and acceptance of these Terms

4. Pricing and Fees

  • Base Fare: Quoted price covers the contracted route and time
  • Gratuity: 20% gratuity is customary and appreciated; it is not automatically added unless stated
  • Tolls & Parking: Actual costs will be added to the final invoice
  • Wait Time: Airport pickups include 60 minutes free wait time for domestic and 90 minutes for international flights. Additional wait time is billed in 15-minute increments at the hourly rate
  • Extra Stops: Additional stops not in the original booking are charged at the applicable rate
  • After-Hours: Bookings between midnight and 5 AM may incur a 15% surcharge
  • Holiday Surcharge: A 25% surcharge applies on major U.S. holidays
  • Overages: If a trip runs over the scheduled time, overages are billed in 15-minute increments

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment information must be supplied at or before the time of service
  • We accept major credit cards via our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • We do not store full card numbers — all payments are processed through our secure payment partner
  • By providing payment, you authorize ALNJ LLC to charge all amounts owed per this Agreement

6. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

To cancel, contact us at 888-670-0002 or info@alnjllc.com. Verbal cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method
  • No refunds will be issued if the customer uses less time than reserved
  • Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the service date
  • Charges for cleaning, damage, or no-shows are non-refundable

8. Damage and Cleaning Fees

  • Cleaning Fee: $250 for any unusual soiling of the vehicle interior
  • Damage: Customers are liable for the actual cost of repairing any damage caused
  • These charges will be applied to the credit card on file without further authorization

9. Rules of Conduct

  • No smoking in any vehicle at any time
  • No alcohol may be consumed by passengers under 21 years of age
  • No alcohol on DC Tours, Day Trips, or Public Wine Tours (except wine purchased at wineries)
  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times
  • Child car seats are the responsibility of the passenger unless requested and confirmed in advance
  • Pets are permitted only with prior written approval and in an appropriate carrier
  • Service animals are always welcome in compliance with applicable law
  • ALNJ LLC reserves the right to refuse service for gross misconduct, intoxication, or unsafe behavior

10. Airport Pickup Procedures

  • Provide your flight number at the time of booking so we can monitor flight status
  • Your chauffeur will meet you in the baggage claim area holding a sign with your name
  • Free wait time: 60 minutes for domestic, 90 minutes for international flights, measured from actual landing
  • Please text or call your driver immediately upon landing

11. Delays and Force Majeure

ALNJ LLC is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, accidents, acts of God, civil unrest, or government actions. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of any delays and to arrange alternative transportation where possible.

12. Lost and Found

ALNJ LLC is not responsible for items left in vehicles. If you believe you left an item, contact us within 24 hours at 888-670-0002. We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost items. A delivery fee may apply for return shipping.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ALNJ LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost income, missed flights, or consequential losses arising from delays or service failures. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific trip giving rise to the claim.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design, and graphics — is the property of ALNJ LLC and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Montgomery County, Maryland. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Maryland law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer-protection, transportation, and safety laws of the jurisdiction where service is performed will continue to apply.

16a. Affiliate Operators

In locations where ALNJ LLC does not operate its own vehicles, transportation may be arranged through appropriately licensed and insured affiliate operators. Vehicle appearance and amenities may vary. ALNJ will disclose the operating provider when required by law.

16b. Recording Notice

Interior and exterior video may be recorded for safety, security, incident review, and insurance purposes.

17. Electronic Records and Consent (E-Sign Act)

By submitting a booking or inquiry form, you consent to receive records and communications electronically. You agree that electronic signatures and records satisfy any requirement that such communications be "in writing" under applicable law, including the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-Sign Act).

18. SMS Terms

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from ALNJ LLC regarding booking confirmations, driver dispatching, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out. Text HELP for support. See our Privacy Policy for details.

19. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services following any change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
